Vitaliya Ostanniy – educator. The Vice Chief of the Department of Family, Youth and Sports at the Kirovohrad Regional Administration.

Anatoliy Stoyan – political science specialist. The Vice Chief of  the Staff Training Department of Ca” Topd”.

Olexiy Khmara - the President of Ca” Topd”. The member of expert group of Kirovohrad Regional Administration.

Our team consists of  experienced specialists, individuals of diverse social interests and diferrent  educational backgrounds but the idea of community improvement and community growth unites us in the team.

Olexiy Khmara - is Docrorate candidate;

He is an active social figure since 1999; fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, English and Polish (with dictionary assistance). Mr. O.Khmara is а member of expert group of the Regional State administration, the Secretary of Community Council at the Executive Board of Kirovohrad local committee.  O.Khmara completed  Government Internship Program  and trainined at the  Ministry of Transportation and Construction of the Polish Republic and at the Ministry of the Young, Family and Sports of Ukraine. He managed 8 regional and 1 entire Ukraine projects, 6 of them are grant projects.

Mr. Khmara was awarded the Presidential grant for gifted youth. He also been awarded many other awards  both from local and state governments.

Olexiy Khmara  trained at men crisis centers (The Kingdom of Sweden); he is also the trainee in the field of “Competence of Social Work Leaders”), conducting 12 training.

Mr. Khmara is the co-editor of the publication  ”Curriculum Complex for Gender Education of Men”, as well as he is an advisor to those who would like to implement  Father Schools in their communities.

Alla Voloshina – The Vice President of CA ”TOPD”

Holds  2 higher education dipolmas, PHD in Philology, has background in marketing. She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian. English and Polish ( with dictionary assistance). Alla   was trained  to be an advisor and trainee for families. She took part in administration 3 regional grant projects, conducted 6 training  all by herself. Alla Voloshina is the author of 20 research publications and а couple of textbooks.

Larisa Lazareva – bookkeeper of CA ”TOPD”

Has higher education in Economics, 20 years of professional experience (for  10 years  she worked as а senior bookkeeper at the Department of Quality Assuarance). She is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian. Larisa Lazareva graduated from the Republican School of  Quality Control Specialists.

Olexander Slashin - IT administrator of CA ”TOPD”

Olexander has higher education in Technology, he is an engineer . Now he works for Ca” Topd” as an IT specilaist. In addidtion,  he is а leading engineer at the Design Company. Alexander is  fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, English- spoken level of proficiency. Alexander takes part in intellectual activities of the youth community. He took part in 3 regional projects.

Nataliya Krauze – CA ”TOPD” manager

Nataliya is а student of Kirovohrad Institute named after St. Nicholas. She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, English with dictionary assistance.

Nataliya trained in community development, positive kids upbringing, social assistance for  adoption process. She took part in administration of 1 regional project.
