Creative Association "Technologies of Optimum Development of Personality" (CA TODP) is а non profit, non political and non governmental organization. It was created in the very center of Ukraine and functions all over the country.  The emergence of Creative Association" Technologies of Optimum Development of Personality" became а reality thanks to the group of young men of letter who united in 1999 to promote personal literary activities. Gradually the creative organization developed and grew  into the center of innovations. Thanks to CA TODP the new activities were started in the Kirovohrad region. Among them: the creation of volunteer assistance center, creation the first student research community, opening of the first Father School. At present we are proud to say that CA TODP is one of the leading analytical centers in Kirovohrad region which assists the community, governmental bodies, business and international establishments.

Our mission: to assist  the communities to gain practical skills and knowledge of  current social issues by means of supporting and implementing different educational programs an projects.

We work in order :

• To assist local communities to gain knowledge and experience to solve social issues;
• To assist sustaining the image of Ukraine as а democratic, lawful state through the implantation the experience of European countries;
• To assist the power bodies to work more effectively and productively;
• To move the community towards equal opportunities regardless of possibilities, gender or social status;
• To share with Ukrainian families the positive experience of up bringing children and establishing gender balanced relations

Activities:

• support of intentions of Ukraine towards European community and encourage European values among the Ukrainian citizens.
  Geographically Ukraine is in the center of the European nations but mentally it is not ready for the European coexistence.  On one hand, we declare European values but practice barbarian lifestyles at times. On the other hand, we are into such values as transparency, respect, democracy, solidarity and mutual help. That is exactly why we stick to the European movement of Ukraine. In the third millennium Ukraine faces the same challenges as at the very beginning of its indecency. The issues of personal safety are critical for every citizen. Having not enough resources to provide own neutrality Ukraine either has to follow more powerful neighbor countries or join the most powerful military union of the world.  In other words, join the NATO is inevitable geopolitical choice of Ukraine. 

• implementation gender technologies (male aspect) into the social environment.
  Men are the part of the society and perform certain social roles.  Quite often their role is interpreted as one of strength and violence. The cause of this is not in men  but it is in the stereotypes assigned to their behavioral partners. To make the man recognize that he is weak sometimes, that he is not always capable of handling life problems that he needs support and family understanding means to start the conversation about gender discrimination. Human history is the one about the struggle for human rights in its different forms. Thanks to the History lessons in school everyone understands slavery abolishment, rebellion movements, etc. In post Soviet territory and observe the process of development of civil rights and human values. In additional, at the same time the new social aspects of male-female relationships emerged and we are not very well aware of them. That is why we are in the dialogue with men who don't want to be the source of violence or conflicts in the society. And we call this activity implementation of gender technologies among men.

• electorate education who belong to different social group.
  Observations made in the past few year during the election campaigns showed that а number of misunderstandings and mistakes is the result of lack of law education on behalf of the electorate as well as on the one of the election board members. The big issue is the passivity of electorate and their indifference about the process which is the result of frustration about government activities. He individuals who ignore their electorate right give а way for falsifications and misuse of their bulletins.  The association pays great attention to law education of the electorate which is absolutely free from any form of propaganda and agitation. It doesn't matter who they chose to vote for, what matters how conscientious and mature the choice is. For this reason we have а number of campaigns to explain the election process, the procedures and the rights, the secret ballot concept, criminal responsibilities for any kids of violations, etc.

• support of local initiative of citizens.
  The gradually democratization of all spheres of life in Ukraine requires the change of the understanding of the notion "community". It is not а bunch of people who belong to certain territory; it is an organized community of active citizens who are delegated by law to control the actions of local government which concern the life of the people of the community. On the contrary а great number of people have no idea about their right for quality control and this is what gives the way for violations and breaking rules by the officials. Among us there are а lot of people who are willingly express their points of view and have а great wish to implement them in to life.  But the mechanisms to do it are not familiar to them. That is why the association provides training experiences on the communication  with state power bodies, search for additional resources and possibilities for community participation in the decision making process. In addition, the association assists both financially and organizationally the local initiatives of communities.

Organizational structure of the Association

The highest body is the conference. It elects the president, his vices and the board and supervises their activities. The conference defines the activities of the association. In the intervals between conferences the association management supervises its activities. The board consists of the most experiences and the most authoritative members.  The board works out the plans of the association activities, manages its possessions and finances.

Financing sources:

• Financing from international funds and organizations;
• Charity donations of private businesses and state establishments;
• Own funds of the association and partner organizations.
